    Our reformer Pilates sessions are intentionally designed to strengthen your deep core, improve alignment, and support long-term mobility—without the noise or chaos of high-impact workouts.

    You’ll move on a reformer, a low-profile machine that uses spring resistance and sliding carriage work to help you build strength and length with control. It meets you where you are—whether you’re looking to move gently or be deeply challenged—while supporting proper form and mindful engagement.

    Each small-group class is rooted in breath, form, and flow, offering space to move inward while creating lasting strength from the inside out. This is reformer Pilates, reimagined as a reset.

  • Reformer Pilates offers a unique blend of strength, stability, and stretch—all guided by mindful movement. Using spring-based resistance and controlled transitions, it strengthens your core, improves posture, increases flexibility, and supports joint health.

    The reformer allows for low-impact, full-body conditioning that meets you where you are—whether you’re looking to build functional strength, support recovery, enhance mobility, or simply move with more intention. Over time, clients often notice better body awareness, reduced tension, and lasting improvements in how they feel, move, and show up in daily life.

    It’s movement that supports longevity, from the inside out.

  • Come as you are—just wear comfortable clothes you can move in with ease. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated and, for Pilates classes, sticky socks can offer added support and grip (though they're optional). Mats and props are provided for all yoga classes, but you’re always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

    Arrive a few minutes early, settle into stillness, and let the rest take care of itself.

  • Our new client offer includes 3 reformer Pilates sessions for $75, thoughtfully curated to introduce you to the SPACE 3 experience. These small-group classes are designed to help you learn the foundational movements, understand how the reformer supports your body, and begin building strength with clarity and intention. It’s a welcoming and intentional way to experience our signature style of movement—and start feeling at home in our calm, elevated space.

Private reformer sessions offer the opportunity to deepen your practice with one-on-one guidance tailored to your body, goals, and rhythm. Whether you're new to Pilates and want to build confidence before joining a group class, working with specific injuries or needs, or simply craving a more focused experience, private sessions provide the space and support to move with clarity and care.

They’re also a beautiful complement to group classes—helping refine technique, reinforce alignment, and reconnect to your personal path of strength and sustainability.
